MMGN.com 2011 Feb Newsletter
Welcome to MMGN.com’s fortnightly newsletter; a short, sharp guide to everything that’s happening at Australia’s largest gaming community.

2011 in gaming is well and truly underway with the First Strike Map Pack rekindling our love affair with COD: Black Ops. LittleBigPlanet 2 and Killzone 3 have launched a stellar year for PS3 exclusives, while the Xbox 360 is off to a slower start. Minecraft continues to dominate the lives of PC gamers, and Aussie fans are desperate to hear more about AFL Live 2011. On the handheld front, the capabilities of Sony's NGP had us in awe, but whether it's enough to compete against the Nintendo 3DS, which launches in Australia on March 31, is yet to be determined.

MMGN has continued to expand in early 2011, and we’re primed for our biggest year yet! The Music Channel launched last month to an overwhelming reception, and has already developed a strong fanbase with a culture that is sure to entice music lovers. Completing our planned development is the Retro channel, a section that has been teased since MMGN's inception. A nostalgic forum to recollect, discuss a different era of gaming, from Pong to the GameCube and everything in-between.
